无极磁粉的制备及其应用,标志着单轴磁记录材料的重要进展。无极磁粉的前身nFe_2O_3,可直接从铁盐溶液水解而获得。它省略了传统磁粉生产过程中的铁黄脱水,消除了磁粉内部的孔洞。并由于其具有纺锤形所赋予的特性,无自退磁源,表面平滑,分散性好,因而无极磁粉是实现高记录密度的理想材料。
The preparation and application of electrodeless magnetic powder indicate the important progress of uniaxial magnetic recording materials. Promise powder predecessor nFe_2O_3, obtained directly from the hydrolysis of iron salt solution. It omits the yellow iron dehydration in the traditional magnetic powder production process and eliminates the holes inside the magnetic powder. And because of its spindle-like properties, without self-demagnetizing source, the surface is smooth, good dispersion, so the non-polar magnetic powder is the ideal material to achieve high recording density.
