本文用动光弹方法分析了动态张开型试件在冲击载荷作用下的瞬态反应。从多火花动态光弹仪记录下来的16幅断裂过程的照片上,同时得到了各时刻的等差线图形和裂纹长度。从而得出了动态应力强度因子和裂纹扩展速度。在数据处理方面,使用了运动裂纹尖端近旁应力场解,改进了取数方法。作者还提出並实现了以圆孔代替初裂纹在小载荷下取得较高的速度的破纹的方法。测定了CR—39材料的动态应力强度因子与裂纹扩展速度之间的关系。
In this paper, the dynamic response of the dynamic specimen under impact load is analyzed by using the dynamic photoelastic method. From the photographs of the 16 fracture processes recorded by the multi-spark dynamic projectile, the contour lines and the crack lengths at each moment are obtained. The dynamic stress intensity factor and crack propagation velocity are obtained. In data processing, the solution to the stress field near the tip of the motion crack is used, and the method of taking the number is improved. The author also proposes and realizes the method of using the hole instead of the initial crack to obtain the higher speed of the crack under small load. The relationship between the dynamic stress intensity factor of CR-39 and the crack growth rate was measured.
