铁船牌注册商标十全大补酒是绍兴中药厂的传统产品,1981年被评为浙江省优质产品,1984年被评为国家医药管理局优质产品,浙江省最佳日用消费品奖和省优质食品奖。今年六月,国家医药管理局在武汉召开的全国医药系统评优会上,十全大补酒被推荐参加1985年国家质量奖评比。但自被命名为优质产品以来,主要是卫生标准和装量差异达不到全优。我们认为影响优质品率提高的主要有五个因素,即:设备、环境、人员素质、原料和工艺,而主要是原料。原料药材杂菌多,粉碎过程中的污染,储存过程中的再污染,至使产品达不到卫生标准。另外,糖与白酒的质量也有一定的关系。根据以上分析,我们具体做了以下几个方面的工作。

There are many germs in raw materials, pollution in the crushing process, and recontamination in the storage process, so that the product does not meet the hygiene standards. In addition, there is a certain relationship between the quality of sugar and liquor. Based on the above analysis, we have specifically done the following aspects of the work.
