目的探讨骨性Ⅲ类错畸形患者前段牙弓的形态特征,为临床诊断和治疗提供理论依据。方法选择骨性Ⅲ类错畸形患者52例为实验组,个别正常人63例为对照组,利用锥形束CT扫描颌面部,将扫描后图像导入Mimics 10.01图像处理软件分别测量与前段牙弓形态特征有关的9个测量项目。结果骨性Ⅲ类错畸形患者组上颌前段牙弓宽度和深度均有小于个别正常人组的趋势、角度也小于正常人;下颌前段牙弓的宽度、深度及角度测量值与正常人差异均无统计学意义。骨性Ⅲ类错畸形患者的上下颌牙弓宽度差值和深度差值小于正常人,上下颌牙弓前段角度差值小于正常人。结论骨性Ⅲ类错畸形患者的上下颌牙弓前段弓形不协调,上颌前段弓形丰满度相对不足,上颌前段牙弓宽、深度发育不足,下颌前段牙弓宽、深度正常。
Objective To investigate the morphological characteristics of dental arch in the anterior segment of patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Fifty-two patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion were selected as the experimental group and 63 cases as the control group. Conical beam computed tomography (CT) was used to scan the maxillofacial region. The scanned images were imported into the Mimics 10.01 image processing software and compared with the anterior segment Dental arch characteristics related to the 9 measurement items. Results The width and depth of the dental arch of the anterior maxillary anterior segment of patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ malformations were less than those of the normal individuals and the angles were also smaller than those of the normal popliteal ones. The width, depth, No significant difference between people. The difference between maxillary and mandibular dental arch width and depth of skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion patients was less than that of normal skeletal arch patients. The difference of anterior arch angle of maxillary and mandibular arch was less than that of normal skeletal class Ⅲ patients. Conclusions The skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion deformity of the upper and lower arch anterior arch arches uncoordinated, maxillary anterior arch arches fullness is relatively inadequate, maxillary anterior arch wide and deep underexposed, mandibular anterior arch width, depth normal.
