运动心理学中的自生训练由两个阶段组成,即低级阶段和高级阶段(或称第一阶段和第二阶段)。自生训练的低级阶段主要是消除神经紧张,稳定地发挥运动能力,使机体的功能正常化,高级阶段旨在使运动员进入“自我冥想”的特殊状态,这时会产生特殊的感受。自生训练的创始人舒尔茨认为,这种感受会使机体从疾病中“自行净化”出来。
Autogenic training in sports psychology consists of two phases, the low-level phase and the high-level phase (or the first phase and the second phase). The low-level phase of autogenic training is mainly to eliminate nervous tension, stabilize the exercise capacity and normalize the function of the body. The advanced stage aims to make the athletes enter the special state of “self-meditation”, and then there will be a special feeling. Schultz, the founder of autogenic training, believes that this feeling will make the body “purify itself” from illness.
