对于及其错综复杂的当代中国人问题,停留在现象描述的层面显然是不够的。要对其予以深刻洞察和求解,就不得不从已有的旷日持久关于人的问题的诸多讨论包括国民性讨论、素质讨论、人格讨论以及人的现代化讨论等出发并从中得到启迪。笔者主张沿着人格问题视角,进行人格理论整合,理清中国人现代人格问题的理论逻辑,促进中国人的人格现代化是解决现代化进程中人的问题和各种社会问题的前提和关键。
For its complicated Chinese contemporary problems, it is obviously not enough to stay at the level of phenomenon description. To profoundly understand and solve these problems, one must start from the enlightenment from the many protracted discussions on human issues, including the discussion of nationality, the discussion of qualities, the discussion of personality and the discussion of human modernization. The author advocates the theoretical logic of integrating personality theory, clarifying the Chinese modern personality and promoting the personality modernization of Chinese people are the prerequisites and key points to solve the human and social problems in the process of modernization.
