随着我国改革开放进程的加快以及社会主义市场经济的发展,房地产行业正以迅猛之势日益发展起来,越来越成为促进我国社会发展的龙头行业。因此,从某种意义上说,经济的发展决定了房地产行业的兴盛,反之,伴随着我国近几年来经济周期的变化规律,也必将对房地产行业带来相关风险的影响。本文主要在经济周期变化的基础上,对房地产行业的信贷风险进行综合分析,并提出笔者自己的不同观点。
With the acceleration of China’s reform and opening up process and the development of the socialist market economy, the real estate industry is increasingly developing rapidly and has increasingly become a leading industry for promoting social development in our country. Therefore, in a sense, the development of economy determines the prosperity of the real estate industry. On the contrary, along with the change of economic cycle in our country in recent years, it will surely affect the real estate industry. This article mainly analyzes the credit risk of the real estate industry on the basis of the change of economic cycle and puts forward my own different viewpoints.
