近年来,炼铁技术发展迅速,节约能源降低能耗已引起炼铁工作者的普遍重视,采取了各种降焦措施,焦比不断下降。高风温是一项节焦的重要措施。随着喷煤技术的应用,对风温提出了更高的要求。但是,由于焦比的不断下降,使高炉煤气日趋贫化,限制了风温的提高。在焦炉煤气供应紧张的条件下,如何使用低发热值煤气提高热风炉效率,提高风温,已成为人们关注的问题。
In recent years, the rapid development of ironmaking technology, saving energy to reduce energy consumption has caused widespread concern iron-smelting workers, taken various measures to reduce the coke, the coke ratio continues to decline. High wind temperature is an important measure of coke section. With the application of coal injection technology, the wind temperature put forward higher requirements. However, due to the declining coke ratio, the blast furnace gas is getting depleted, which limits the increase of air temperature. How to use low-calorific value gas to improve the efficiency of hot-blast stoves and increase the air temperature has become a concern in the tight supply of coke oven gas.
