水泥窑协同无害化处理广州市河涌淤泥的研究

研究了广州市某河涌淤泥的物理化学特性,直接以淤泥作为部分替代原料配制水泥生料,研究了熟料煅烧过程中有害组分的挥发特性、熟料性能,并模拟酸雨(pH=3.2)条件下研究水泥制品的重金属环境安全性.结果表明,淤泥经水泥窑高温煅烧后,其所含重金属能有效固化在水泥浆体系里,环境安全性好.
