引言把柴油与无水酒精混合,就称为柴油酒精。但在柴油酒精被实际用作柴油机的燃料前,须单独附加一个酒精箱,使酒精能直接进入发动机的进气气流中,与空气混合后进入燃烧室,这一技术称为熏蒸(Fumigation) 在柴油机上附加一个汽化器,这是比较廉价的熏蒸装置。利用柴油机本身的进气过程,酒精被自然地吸入燃烧室。试验表明,(图1)在给定的调速范围以内采用熏蒸的柴油机扭矩大于不采用熏蒸的柴油机扭矩。此项研究的目的:1、研究吸入过量的汽化酒精对柴油机的影响;2、研究空气予热器对柴油机性能的影响。本试验在3缸Ford—2000发动机上进行,发动机压缩比为16.5:1,排量为2.589升,高速空转为2259转/分,喷射起始时间在上死点前19度。
INTRODUCTION Mixing diesel with anhydrous alcohol is called diesel alcohol. However, before diesel alcohol is actually used as fuel for diesel engines, a separate alcohol tank shall be attached to allow alcohol to pass directly into the intake air stream of the engine and mix with the air to enter the combustion chamber. This technique is called Fumigation A carburetor is attached to the diesel engine, which is a relatively inexpensive fumigation device. Using the diesel engine’s intake process, alcohol is naturally drawn into the combustion chamber. Tests showed that (Figure 1) fueled diesel engine torque was greater than fumigation-less diesel engine torque for a given speed range. The purpose of this study: 1, to study the impact of inhaled excess vaporized alcohol on diesel engine; 2, study the impact of air preheater on diesel engine performance. The test was carried out on a 3-cylinder Ford-2000 engine with an engine compression ratio of 16.5: 1, a displacement of 2.589 liters, a high-speed idle at 2259 rpm and an injection start time of 19 degrees before top dead center.
