高质量的师资队伍,是推进素质教育的基本保证。“良师益友,博学善教”,是素质教育对教师的呼唤,而大学英语教师的素质除此之外,还有其特殊性,因此构建适应素质教育的大学英语教师队伍已经成为目前大学英语教育教学中的关键。本文就大学英语教师的人格力量、教学素质和能力、专业技能、科研能力、创建新型师生关系的理念与能力等十个方面的素质与能力进行探讨。
The quality of teachers is the basic guarantee for promoting quality education. “Good teachers and good friends, good learned” is the call of quality education for teachers, and the quality of college English teachers in addition to its uniqueness, so the construction of college English teachers to adapt to quality education has become the current college English education teaching key. This article discusses the qualities and abilities of college English teachers in ten aspects such as personality strength, teaching quality and ability, professional skills, scientific research ability, creation of a new teacher-student relationship concept and ability.
