以产于四川龙门山地区泥盆系观雾山组的有铰纲腕足化石 Independatrypa lemma Chen为研究对象,利用激光熔样等离子质谱( LA-ICP-MS)对其壳体棱柱层中 Fe、 Mg、 Mn、 Na、 Ba和 Sr六种微量元素进行了就位分析。它们在壳体横切面中的对称分布特征总体上与壳体增生方式和过程相一致,表明壳体的绝大部分未经成岩作用的改造。与常用的结构判据、阴极发光判据和微量元素含量判据相比较,微量元素分布判据以壳体的原生特征为依据,具有绝对性。
Based on the Independatrypa lemma Chen, a member of the Fendengshan Formation in the Devonian Weishan Mountain Formation in the Longmenshan area, Sichuan Province, the melting behavior of Fe and Mg in the prism layer of the shell was analyzed by laser melting-mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) , Mn, Na, Ba and Sr six kinds of trace elements were carried out in situ analysis. Their symmetrical distribution features in the cross-section of the shell generally coincide with the manner and process of shell proliferation, indicating that the vast majority of shells have not been altered by diagenesis. Compared with the commonly used structural criteria, cathodoluminescence criterion and trace element content criterion, the distribution criterion of trace elements is based on the primary features of the shell and has the absolute character.
