中国汽车工程学会第四届年会已于1983年7月18～23日在长春胜利召开。参加大会的有26个省、市、自治区,141个单位的正式代表248人,列席代表61人,共309人,还有长春有关单位人员参加大会,总计500余人。大会于7月18日上午正式开幕。吉林省和长春市科协及机械工程学会等单位的领导和代表也应邀出席了大会。会议由方传流副理事长主持,由裘志民秘书长致开幕词和传达了中国科学技术协会[1983]科技发字043号文改为中国汽车工程学会并独立开展活动的内容,并由省科协副主席杨子苍同志讲了话和对大会的召开表示热
The fourth annual meeting of China Automotive Engineering Society was held in Changchun on July 18-23, 1983. There were 248 formal representatives from 141 units in 26 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions participating in the conference. There were 61 delegates and 309 participants. There were also members of the relevant units in Changchun who participated in the conference, totaling more than 500 people. The conference officially opened on the morning of July 18. Leaders and representatives of Jilin Province and Changchun City Science Association and Mechanical Engineering Society were also invited to attend the conference. The meeting was chaired by Vice Chairman Fang Chuanliu. The opening speech was delivered by Secretary-General Mou Zhimin and conveyed the contents of the Chinese Science and Technology Association [1983] Science and Technology Letter No. 043 changed to the Chinese Society of Automotive Engineers and carried out independent activities.
