目的分析一起疑似食物中毒事件的调查和检测结果,查明中毒原因,为预防类似事件发生提供参考。方法对现场进行卫生学调查,采集剩余食品、环境样品、发病者生物标本,按GB/T 4789-2010《食品卫生微生物学检验》方法检测。结果就餐者约560人,有60人出现恶心、呕吐、发热、腹痛、腹泻等胃肠道症状。患者有共同进餐史、临床症状相似;采集的20份样品中,11份经细菌分离、生化试验与血清学检测符合肠炎沙门菌。根据患者临床症状,结合卫生学调查和实验室检测结果,判断是一起进食肠炎沙门菌污染的食物引起的中毒。结论应针对农村家宴加强食品卫生知识宣传,加强监管,减少类似食物中毒事件发生。
Objective To analyze the investigation and test results of suspected food poisoning incidents to find out the causes of poisoning and provide references for the prevention of similar incidents. Methods To carry out hygiene survey on the spot, collect the residual food, environmental samples and the patients’ biological samples, and test according to the method of GB / T 4789-2010 “Microbiological examination of food hygiene”. The results of about 560 diners, 60 were nausea, vomiting, fever, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other gastrointestinal symptoms. The patients had a common meal history with similar clinical symptoms. Of the 20 samples collected, 11 were isolated by bacteria and their biochemical and serological tests were in accordance with Salmonella enteritidis. According to the clinical symptoms of patients, combined with the results of laboratory tests and laboratory tests to determine the food contaminated with Salmonella enteritidis poisoning. Conclusion Rural public banquet should be strengthened to promote food hygiene knowledge, strengthen supervision and reduce the occurrence of similar food poisoning incidents.
