铰削是机器制造中广泛应用的精密加工孔的方法之一。在一定条件下,冷却润滑液对铰孔质量和铰刀耐用度有最主要的影响。作者在本文中详细研究了13种矿物油、植物油、硫化油、CCl_4及其混合油和乳化液对铰削40号铬铜的过程及铰孔质量的影响。同时配制不同豆油、CCl_4和硫含量的混合油进行试验,研究各种含量对铰孔的影响。还试验了不同v和s下,豆柴混合油和硫化油的铰孔效果,最后根据作者研究这些油对切削机构μ,β_1,ε和τ_s的影响分析各种油的铰孔效果,然后作出评价。研究结果可供生产中铰削40号铬钢时选择合适冷却润滑液的参考。
Reaming is one of the widely used precision machined holes in machine construction. Under certain conditions, the cooling lubricant has the most important effect on the reaming quality and reamer durability. In this paper, the authors studied in detail the effects of 13 mineral oils, vegetable oils, sulfurized oils, CCl_4 and their mixed oils and emulsions on the reaming process of 40Cr and reaming quality.
