通过黑穗病菌的人工接种,分析了甘蔗8个亲本品种及其按NCⅡ遗传设计交配的16个组合新植和宿根蔗抗病性的主要遗传参数.配合力方差分析结果,亲本一般配合力和组合特殊配合力均方都显著,揭示出甘蔗抗黑穗病遗传是由基因的加性效应和非加性效应共同控制的,但加性效应大于非加性效应,说明抗病亲本的评价和选配在甘蔗抗黑穗病育种计划中的重要性.以三种方法估算的甘蔗抗黑穗病狭义遗传力(h2N)为0.39-0.57,以二种方法计算的新植—宿根蔗的抗黑穗病重复力为0.47-0.61,意味着甘蔗对黑穗病的抗性是中度可遗传和可重复的,可以在育种早期选择阶段优选抗病株系.遗传相关分析则表明,甘蔗感病性与产量、品质组分相关不显著,说明在杂交后代分离群体中可以选择到抗病性强且产量品质综合性状好的株系
Through the artificial inoculation of the head smut, the main genetic parameters of the disease resistance of 8 new parents and their combinations of new parents and sugarcane were analyzed. The analysis of variance showed that both the general combining ability of the parents and the combining ability of the special combining ability of the parents were significant, revealing that the genetic inheritance of sugarcane resistance to smut was jointly controlled by additive and non-additive effects, but the additive effect was greater than that of non-additive effect Additive effect, indicating the evaluation and matching of disease-resistant parents in sugarcane smut resistance breeding programs in the importance. The narrow heritability (h2N) of sugarcane smut resistance estimated by three methods was 0.39-0.57. The repellent power of new plant-root-shoot sugarcane resistance calculated by two methods was 0.47-0 .61, suggesting that sugarcane resistance to smut is moderately heritable and reproducible, and that it can be used in the early selection stage of breeding. Genetic correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between the susceptibility of sugarcane and the yield and quality components, indicating that the lines with strong disease resistance and good yield and quality can be selected among the segregating populations of hybrids
