本文从LaFeO_3、LaSrFeO_3等多种复合氧化物材料的制备出发,分析了制得材料的一般结构和性质。用这些材料制得的元件对乙醇和其他气体的气敏特性进行了测量和比较,表明用(NH_4)_2CO_3沉淀混合硝酸盐溶液制得的材料灵敏度较高,其中尤以LaSrFeO_3材料制得的元件有更高的灵敏度和选择性,很少受汽油、CO、H_2、C_4H_(10)等的干扰。
In this paper, starting from the preparation of LaFeO_3, LaSrFeO_3 and other composite oxide materials, the general structure and properties of the prepared materials were analyzed. The gas sensing properties of ethanol and other gases were measured and compared with the components prepared from these materials, indicating that the material prepared by mixing (NH 4) 2 CO 3 precipitation mixed nitrate solution has higher sensitivity, especially the components made of LaSrFeO 3 With higher sensitivity and selectivity, it is less disturbed by gasoline, CO, H_2, C_4H_ (10) and so on.
