实验在 31只乌拉坦麻醉 ,琥珀酰胆碱肌松、人工呼吸的大鼠上进行。观察到 :臂旁核注入 γ-氨基丁酸(GABA) ,引起平均动脉压 (MAP)显著降低 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;臂旁核内注入荷包牡丹碱 (Bic)引起 MAP显著升高 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;GABA的降压效应可被臂旁核内预注射 Bic所阻断。上述药物在臂旁核均对心率无明显影响 (P>0 .0 5 )。结果表明 :GABA在臂旁核内引起降压效应 ;臂旁核的内源性 GABA具有紧张性降压作用 ,并参与正常血压水平的维持
The experiment was performed on 31 urethane anesthesia, succinylcholine muscle relaxants, and artificial respiration rats. It was observed that the injection of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) into the parabrachial nucleus resulted in a significant decrease of mean arterial pressure (MAP) (P <0.01); injection of bicuculline into the parabrachial nucleus (MAP) (P <0.01). The antihypertensive effects of GABA could be blocked by Bic pre-injection in the parabrachial nucleus. These drugs in the parabrachial nucleus have no significant effect on heart rate (P> 0.05). The results showed that: GABA caused a hypotensive effect in the parabrachial nucleus; the parabrachial nucleus of endogenous GABA has a tension-lowering effect and is involved in the maintenance of normal blood pressure levels
