医院信访工作是医院工作的重要组成部分,对促进医院科学发展起着独特的作用。做好医院患者和职工的信访与思想政治工作,切实维护来信来访人员的合法权益,是构建和谐医患关系的重要保障。随着公众法律维权意识的不断增强,近年来,各医院的信访工作又开始呈现增多的趋势。医院信访工作要进一步提高效率,提高服务质量,节约运营成本,就要树立“机制”理念,引入标准化、规范化管理。
