近几年,房地产经纪行业和中介市场,一直是老百姓议论的热门话题,也引起许多媒体的热切关注。群众的呼声引起了管理部门的重视,国家建设部、国家工商总局和许多地方政府都有针对性地开展了整顿、规范工作,促进其健康发展。本刊也曾连续报道过北京市国土房管局和市工商局联合清理规范房地产经纪机构的做法和经验,这些工作得到了从业者和广大市民的认可。本刊最近接到一封房地产经纪从业人员来信,对于有关部门出台的关于规范房地产经纪人的具体规定,表示出一些困惑和疑虑,感到有点无所适从。为使业内人士和广大读者充分了解管理部门的规定和要求,我们在发表该来信的同时,编发了国务院、建设部、人事部、国家工商总局和上海市、江苏省人大已经颁布的有关法规、文件(摘录),还准备就此问题专门走访各管理部门,并请教相关专家学者,更欢迎广大从业人员和读者参与讨论,提出宝贵的意见和建议,共同促进我国房地产经纪行业和中介市场健康有序地向前发展。由于经纪人行业广泛的特点,其培育、管理涉及市场行政主管部门、业务主管部门、行业协会等方面,从有利于新生的中国经纪人健康成长、有序规范发展出发,各有关部门如何共同协调工作举措,制订统一法规,对各业各类经纪人顺利展业,关系重大。这也正是本刊特别关注的初衷。
