研究了一株具有生防潜力的芦苇内生真菌Choiromyces aboriginum Mü1W1C6菌株的生物学特性。结果表明,与麦芽糖培养基、查彼培养基相比,该真菌在马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基(PDA)和基本培养基上生长较好;在PDA培养基上1,0~35℃均能生长2,0~30℃时生长较好2,5℃时最适;葡萄糖、果糖能显著促进该真菌的生长,而乳糖、淀粉、麦芽糖则没有明显的促进作用;有机氮源更有利于菌丝生长,无机氮源不利于菌丝生长;该内生真菌对pH的适应范围很广,在pH 5~11的范围内都能生长良好,相比之下,在中性偏碱性的环境中生长最好;光周期、生长因子、微量元素对芦苇内生真菌的生长均无显著影响。
The biological characteristics of a strain of Choiromyces aboriginum Mü1W1C6 with endophytic potential of Phragmites communis were studied.
