不饱和内酯二萜化合物8R23,9R221,9R6222,10R221,H1105直接杀死艾氏腹水瘤细胞的IC_(50)分别为18.6,85.8,67.8,34.9,3.05μmol/l,对S_(180)腹水瘤细胞的IC_(50)分别为10.7,44.4,30.9,9.95和2.4μmol/l。对肿瘤细胞具有显著作用的8R23及10R221化合物还能显著升高cAMP水平;8R23,10R221,H1105可明显抑制癌细胞的DNA合成。结果显示,这几种不饱和内酯二萜化合物均具有明显的体外抗肿瘤作用,其机制有所差别。
The IC 50 of the unsaturated lactone diterpenic compounds 8R23, 9R221, 9R6222, 10R221, and H1105 directly killed Ehrlich ascites tumor cells were 18.6, 85.8, 67.8, 34.9, and 3.05 μmol/l, respectively, against S_(180) ascites. The IC 50 of tumor cells were 10.7, 44.4, 30.9, 9.95 and 2.4 μmol/l, respectively. The 8R23 and 10R221 compounds, which have significant effects on tumor cells, can also significantly increase cAMP levels; 8R23, 10R221, and H1105 can significantly inhibit cancer cell DNA synthesis. The results show that these unsaturated lactone diterpene compounds have obvious anti-tumor effects in vitro and their mechanisms are different.
