在明矾石紛还原热解后碱浸提制氧化鋁的流程中,所得鋁酸鈉溶液中含有一部分鉀盐。如何正确地測定出溶液中的鉀含量,这对求得循环鋁酸鈉母液的平衡組成是重要分析項目之一。以往我們曾企图按过氯酸重量法进行钾的測定,由于試液中有大量鋁盐、鈉盐存在,給分析带来了不少闲难。随后我們参閱了德国吐本根大学的介紹,以四苯硼化鈉容量法应用于明矾石碱浸溶液中鉀的测定,获得了滿意的結果。这一分析法的过程是于試液中加入过量的标准四苯硼化鈉溶液,滤去产生的四苯硼化鉀沉淀,然后采用Volhard法,以硝酸銀和硫氰化銨作为第二
In the process of alkaline leaching of aluminum oxide after reduction of pyrolysite by alunite, the obtained sodium aluminate solution contains a part of potassium salt. How to determine the potassium content of the solution correctly is one of the important analytical items for obtaining the balance composition of the recycled sodium aluminate mother liquor.
