2006年是实施“十一五”规划的开局之年,也是新疆新闻出版业改革与发展的关键一年,任务艰巨,使命光荣。1月4日至5日,自治区新闻出版局党组举行中心组第一次学习日活动,传达学习自治区宣传部长会议和全国新闻出版局长会议精神,并结合新疆新闻出版实际,研究部署进一步贯彻落实会议精神的措施,为2006年度新疆新闻出版工作和“十一五”规划开好局、起好步。
The year 2006 is the first year for implementing the 11th Five-Year Plan and a crucial year for the reform and development of the press and publication industry in Xinjiang. The task is arduous and the mission is glorious. From January 4 to January 5, the Party Committee of the Press and Publication Bureau of the autonomous region held the first learning day activity of the center group to convey the spirit of the meeting of the propaganda ministers and the press director of the State Press and Publication Bureau, and also studied and deployed the implementation of the meeting in light of the actual situation of press and publication in Xinjiang Spiritual measures for the 2006 Xinjiang press and publication work and “Eleventh Five-Year” plan to get off well, take good steps.
