一、结构体系钢结构有抗震性能好,承载力强,使用方便灵活,施工快等优点,但用钢量大,造价高是其缺点。高层建筑由于受风力和地震力影响很大,水平荷载是控制因素,同时还要考虑竖向荷载。近十几年来,国外在建筑物的抗风抗震方面做了大量的研究和实验,创造了不少新的体系监取得相当经济的效果。钢结构高层建筑的结构体系可分为: (1)框架筒体系(Framed Tube) 外部为钢柱框筒,内部为钢构架。由框筒结构承受水平力而内部构架只承受重力荷
