军转干部大多是离开校门就来到军营,一直在部队工作,可以说自成年以后,就没有地方工作、生活的经历。由于地方工作的性质、任务以及人们的思想观念、行为方式和部队有很大不同,转业即意味着转变。不论是选择计划安置还是自主择业,都有一个融入的问题。在工作岗位上,要适应从官到兵的转变在地方部门,人们不像部队那样对职务等级那么在意。在部队不少同志是主官,转业后难免会有心理落差。对此,一定要正确对待,保持一颗平常心。工作中我接触过一些同志,对职务安排很敏感。有的说,在部队这么多年都白干了,上校少校到了地方全无效;有的觉得本地不如外地安排得好,现在不如以前安排得好;还有的说,某某
