目的确定HLA-B类基因位点与Eales病发病间的联系,寻找致病基因及抗病基因。方法选取确诊为Eales病患者25例作为研究组,自献血血库中选取与研究组患者年龄、性别无统计学差异的健康者25例作为对照组。抽取外周血提取DNA。使用新型PCR-SSO方法对DNA进行HLA-B基因位点的检测,并进行统计学分析。结果分析结果中未发现与Eales病发病相关的HLA-B基因位点,但发现基因型HLA-B*15基因位点在对照组中明显高于研究组(P=0.0072)。结论未发现与Eales病发病相关的HLA-B类基因位点,但HLA-B*15可能具有抗病性,提示本病的发生可能与HLA-B类位点的缺失有关。
Objective To determine the association between HLA-B gene locus and the development of Eales disease and to search for pathogenic genes and disease-resistance genes. Methods Twenty-five healthy children with Eales disease were selected as the study group. Twenty-five healthy controls were selected from the blood-donated blood banks and healthy subjects without significant difference in age and sex. Extract peripheral blood to extract DNA. The new PCR-SSO method was used to detect the DNA of HLA-B gene loci and statistical analysis. Results There was no HLA-B gene locus associated with the development of Eales disease in the analysis of the results. However, the HLA-B * 15 gene locus in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group (P = 0.0072). Conclusion No HLA-B gene locus was found associated with the development of Eales disease, but HLA-B * 15 may have disease resistance, suggesting that the occurrence of this disease may be related to the deletion of HLA-B loci.
