用脉冲式多普勒超声心动图测量30例正常人和37例各种先天性心脏病患者的右室收缩时间间期,并与心导管测量肺动脉收缩压对比分析。结果表明,右室收缩时间间期与肺动脉收缩压呈高度相关,肺动脉高压与正常肺动脉压间右室收缩时间间期差异极为显著(p<0.001)。
Pulmonary Doppler echocardiography was used to measure the time interval of right ventricular systole in 30 normal subjects and 37 patients with congenital heart disease, and compared with the pulmonary artery systolic pressure measured by cardiac catheterization. The results showed that the time interval between right ventricular systolic pressure and pulmonary systolic pressure was highly correlated, and the difference of right ventricular systolic time between pulmonary hypertension and normal pulmonary arterial pressure was extremely significant (p <0.001).
