本实验采用振荡小鼠方法,以造成应激模型,使小鼠NK细胞活性和非特异性细胞毒性细胞活性下降;然后分别给子两种不同类型的音乐“春江花月夜”和“摇滚乐”。发现,听“春江花月夜”组可部分解除对NK细胞活性和非特异性细胞毒性细胞的抑制。虽然未达到正常对照组水平,但其细胞免疫功能比振荡组提高。所以“春江花月夜”这类音乐能缓解应激状态,而听“摇滚乐”组都有着相反的作用。因此,显示音乐对应激小鼠NK细胞活性和非特异性细胞毒性细胞活性具有影响。
In this experiment, the method of shaking mice was used to induce the stress model to decrease the activity of NK cells and the activity of non-specific cytotoxic cells in mice. Then two different types of music, “Spring River Moonlit Night” and “Rock and Roll”, were given respectively. Found that listening to “Spring Jiang Hua Yue Ye” group can partially lift the NK cell activity and non-specific cytotoxic suppression. Although not up to the level of the normal control group, but its cellular immune function than the oscillation group increased. So “Spring River Flower” such music can relieve the stress state, and listen to “rock” group has the opposite effect. Therefore, displaying music has an impact on stress-induced NK cell activity and non-specific cytotoxicity of murine cells.
