杂交水稻制种产量,取决于两个亲本异交结实率。通过对母本亩有效穗、每穗实粒数、千粒重三个因子与制种产量的相关分析,每穗实粒数与产量相关最密切(r=0.9789),且经t检验达极显著水平。而母本的异交结实粒数是左右产量的关键。本文拟就高产苗穗形成后且花期相遇良好,如何采取措施来提高异交结实率进行探讨。
Hybrid rice seed production depends on the rate of outcrossing of two parents. According to the correlation analysis of three effective factors of seedling per acre, effective grain per spike, actual grain number per spike, 1000-grain weight and seed production, the grain number per spike was most closely related to grain yield (r = 0.9789) and reached the extremely significant level by t test . The outcrossing of the female parent grains is the key to yield. In this paper, we will discuss how to take measures to improve the rate of outcrossing and seed setting after the high-yielding spikelets are formed and the flowering stage meets well.
