脑电地形图(DEAM)是在脑电图和诱发电位的基础上,提取有用信息以图形显示颅内病变部位和范围的脑电定量分析技术。BEAM能反映大脑尤其是皮层的病理改变及脑部机能性变化,故可发现CT不能显示的病变。现介绍该技术的临床应用。 1.脑血管病的诊断:①脑缺血:EEG是诊断脑血管病常用的辅助检查,但对TIA、BIND和部分性非进行性卒中(PNS)常显示正常,且这部分病人大多数CT检查亦阴住。长田乾报告10例TIA患者CT均正常,而BBAM9例异常,因此认为TIA患者脑血流可恢复正常,但神经细胞可遗留损害而出现病态表现。70例缺血性卒中患者的REAM与CT、脑血管造影的比较研究结果表明,急性期的BEAM变化是病损区出现δ,θ频带平均功率增高,背景α1、β1频带在两半球分布不对称,病侧功率下降,其阳性所见较CT略高。吴逊等的研究结果表明,BEAM对脑梗塞可以提高局限性异常的阳性率,能发现常规脑电图未能发现的限局性低频带高功率,
