今天的行程安排是,中午到达高雄市后,考察高雄市区。高雄市卫兵——旗津岛午餐后,下午参观的第一站是高雄港口。要经过一个专供人行的摆渡码头,乘渡轮到达旗津区的一座小岛——旗津岛,近观高雄港口,远眺巴士海峡。高雄市小港区的临海工业区是重化工业的集中产地。这里有台湾中国钢铁、台湾国际造船、台湾中油与唐荣铁工厂等。台湾中国钢铁是台湾规模最大的炼钢厂,2004年为世界排名前二十位的大型钢铁厂。台湾国际造船是台湾规模最大的造船厂,2004年台湾国际造船排名
