中南、西南地区财政部门充分利用财政杠杆 ,在支持和引导农村产业结构调整方面取得了一定成效 ,但也存在一些问题。该地区财政如何进一步加强和改善对农村产业结构调整的支持和引导 ?本文对此进行了探讨 ,并提出若干对策建议
The financial departments in Central South and Southwest China have made full use of fiscal leverage and have achieved some success in supporting and guiding the readjustment of rural industrial structure. However, there are still some problems. How can the regional finance further strengthen and improve the support and guidance to the adjustment of rural industrial structure? This paper discusses this and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions
