班主任管理工作是学校日常工作当中一项至关重要的组成部分,在很大程度上影响着学生在校的日常学习与生活。但目前,笔者发现自身在班主任管理工作当中还存在与学生交流和沟通不足的问题,严重影响了班主任管理工作的有序、高效开展,为此,笔者尝试通过与学生建立“说说本”的方式,加强与学生之间的情感和思想交流,从而在密切师生情谊的同时,进一步推动班级管理工作的顺利开展。本文将通过简单介绍在班主任工作中存在的实际问题,结合笔者在班级当中开展“说说”的过程和成果,重点围绕利用“说说”走进学生、优化班级管理成果进行简要探究。
