本文重点研究了电动汽车驱动系统中三相逆变器装置的电磁兼容问题,并对系统进行传导干扰抑制分析。采用新型的IGBT的动态电压上升控制,分析电路的控制原理和短路特性,利用Saber软件搭建仿真模型。通过与传统门极控制方法对比,采用IGBT有源门极控制动态电压上升控制方法对系统的干扰抑制效果较好。创新性的将动态电压上升控制方法应用于三相电路中,仿真实验证明了动态电压上升控制方法对于传导干扰的抑制研究具有重要意义。“,”This paper focused on the electromagnetic compatibility problem in three-phase inverter device of electric vehicle (EV) drive system, and it is about the inhibition of the system conducted interference. Used novel IGBT active gate driver with Dynamic Voltage Rise Control (DVRC), analysed circuit control theory and short-circuit property, to build up simulation model in Saber software. With compared to the conventional gate control method, the interference suppression of system is pleasent under the DVRC of IGBT. The innovation of DVRC method is applied to the three-phase circuit, the simulated experiment shows that DVRC method exerts a significance infuluence on suppressing the transmission electromagnetic interference.
