目的:探讨向基层医疗单位推广急救技能的教学方法。方法:培训前后急救技能水平比较。结果:受培训单位参与培训人员考核合格率98%,培训前后的操作技能差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。90%以上的培训人员认为强化培训法具有实用性,40%受培训单位已将新知识新技能运用于临床。结论:强化培训法适用于基层医疗单位急救技能的推广。
Objective: To explore teaching methods to promote first aid skills to primary medical units. Methods: Comparison of first aid skills before and after training. Results: The qualified rate of trained personnel participating in trainees’ assessment was 98%. There was significant difference in operational skills before and after training (P <0.05). More than 90% of the trainers think the enhanced training method is practical, and 40% of the trainees have applied the new knowledge and new skills to the clinic. Conclusion: The intensive training method is suitable for the popularization of first aid skills of primary medical units.
