本文论述一种测量气固两相流中固体颗粒的质量浓度及平均尺寸的光散射原理和方法。利用激光被颗粒群散射在前向两个小角上的散射光强之比求得颗粒群的平均粒径,从散射光强与透射光强之比求得颗粒群的质量浓度。该测试系统测量平均粒径和质量浓度的范围分别为1μm~40μm和20mg/m3~1500mg/m3。该方法经过校正和标定,可以开发成为一种实用的测量技术
This paper discusses a principle and method of light scattering that measures the mass concentration and average size of solid particles in a gas-solid two-phase flow. The average particle diameter of the particle group is calculated by the ratio of the scattered light intensity of the laser beam scattered by the particle group to the two small angles in the forward direction. The mass concentration of the particle group is obtained from the ratio of the scattered light intensity to the transmitted light intensity. The test system measures the average particle size and the mass concentration in the range of 1 μm to 40 μm and 20 mg / m 3 to 1500 mg / m 3, respectively.
