目的了解北辰区餐饮行业现榨果蔬汁的卫生质量状况。方法对63份现榨果蔬汁样品进行菌落总数、大肠菌群、沙门菌、志贺菌、金黄色葡萄球菌5个项目检测。结果 63份样品总合格率为60.3%(38/63),11月份样品合格率为68.7%,8月份样品合格率为51.6%,63份样品均未检出致病菌。结论进一步规范现榨果蔬汁的加工流程,尽快出台相应的卫生国家标准,保障消费者食品安全。
Objective To understand Beichen District catering industry is squeezed juice quality of health conditions. Methods The total number of colony, coliforms, Salmonella, Shigella and Staphylococcus aureus were measured in 63 samples of freshly squeezed juice. Results The total passing rate of 63 samples was 60.3% (38/63). The passing rate of samples in November was 68.7%. The passing rate of samples in August was 51.6%. No pathogen was detected in 63 samples. Conclusions Further standardize the processing flow of fruit and vegetable juices, issue corresponding national health standards as soon as possible to ensure the safety of consumers’ food.
