以急性毒理和卫生指标的几项检测方法,对榆叶梅花红色素进行了安全性的初步研究。结果表明:榆叶梅花红色素为无毒级物质;细菌总数和大肠菌群均符合国家规定的卫生指标要求。为榆叶梅花红色素作为天然食用色素资源进行进一步的开发和利用研究,提供了初步依据。
Acute toxicology and health indicators of several detection methods, the prunus cerambycosa red pigment for the safety of a preliminary study. The results showed that the purplish red plum pigment was non-toxic, and the total number of bacteria and coliforms were in line with the national health indicators. For the prunus ceramsite red pigment as a natural food resources for further development and utilization of research, provided a preliminary basis.
