引进外来种质是拓宽黑河地区玉米种质资源基础的有效途径之一。本研究以10份俄罗斯极早熟玉米种质改良系为试验材料,利用在黑河地区能够正常成熟且代表国内主要种质类群的4个自交系为测验种,采用NCⅡ遗传交配设计配成40个杂交组合,研究外引种质改良系与黑龙江省常用自交系之间测交组合产量对照优势分析,为选育优良、极早熟、抗病玉米杂交种奠定基础。
Introduction of exotic germplasm is one of the effective ways to broaden the base of maize germplasm resources in Heihe. In this study, 10 advanced germplasms of maize germplasm from Russia were used as experimental materials. Four inbred lines, which can mature normally in Heihe and represent the major germplasm groups in China, were used as test species and 40 mating lines Hybrid combinations, the study of improved accessions and the inbred lines inbred lines in Heilongjiang Province measured cross combination of yield control advantage analysis, to breed excellent, very early maturing, disease-resistant maize hybrids laid the foundation.
