目的观察舒适护理在手术室护理工作中应用对患者心理、生命体征、满意度和术后并发症发生率的影响。方法将100例手术治疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规手术护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予舒适护理,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者和家属对临床工作的满意度为96.67%,对护理人员的信任度为98.26%,均高于对照组,观察组的术后并发症发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的10.00%,差值有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理应用于手术室护理,能够改善患者心理健康状态,缓解应激反应,增强耐受力,减少术后并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of comfort nursing on the operation psychology, vital signs, satisfaction and incidence of postoperative complications in operating room nursing. Methods 100 cases of surgical treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine operation nursing. The observation group was given comfortable nursing on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The satisfaction of the patients and their families in clinical work was 96.67% and that of the nursing staff was 98.26%, both higher than that of the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.00%, which was lower than that of the control group 10.00%, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Comfortable nursing can be used in operating room nursing, which can improve patients’ mental health status, relieve stress response, enhance the tolerance, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worth promoting.
