随着开放教育事业不断深入发展,如何体现现代远程开放教育管理工作的特点,构建适宜于学习化社会需要的、符合终身教育理念、有别于传统教育的新型管理模式,成为教务管理人员必须思考和研究的课题。文章首先对天津广播电视大学教务管理队伍现状进行了数据分析,接着指出了教务管理队伍建设存在的问题,最后,从强化理论学习,转变管理理念、强化专业技术培训,提高管理技能、实行目标管理,建立高水平管理队伍、实行教务管理队伍专业化建设,强调队伍的稳定性和梯队建设、建立全面的质量控制体系、加强兼职教师队伍建设几方面提出了对策研究。
