今年8月29日,2012版国家基本药物临床应用指南和处方集正式出版发行。国家卫生计生委此前下发通知,要求充分发挥2012年版指南和处方集对指导药品采购、规范诊疗行为、提高合理用药水平的积极作用,并强调要在今年年底前实现指南和处方集基层培训全覆盖。2012版指南和处方集按照国家基本药物目录分为化学药品和生物制品、中成药两个部分。其中,化学药品和生物制品部分覆盖了19大类疾病254个病种,并有针对性地增加了适用于老年、妇女、儿童临床诊疗、合理用药的专项内容;中成药部分覆盖了173个中医病(证),对应西医疾病177个,特别细
