1 资料和方法 1.1 病例选择 全部病例均为乙型肝炎病毒引起的肝硬化,且无消化道出血和肝性脑病等并发症。其诊断根据1993年中国中西医结合肝病学术会议制定的诊断标准。采用随机抽样法,分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组42例,男34人,女8人,其中代偿期17例,失代偿期25例。对照组28例,男21人,女7人,其中代偿期12例,失代偿期16例,两组在病情、病程、肝功能等方面无明显差异,具有可比性。
1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Case Selection All cases are cirrhosis of the liver caused by hepatitis B, and no complications such as gastrointestinal bleeding and hepatic encephalopathy. The diagnosis according to the 1993 China Integrative Medicine liver disease diagnostic criteria developed by the meeting. Using random sampling method, divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group 42 cases, 34 males and 8 females, of which 17 cases of decompensation, 25 cases of decompensation. The control group of 28 cases, 21 males and 7 females, of which 12 cases of decompensation, 16 cases of decompensation, the two groups in the disease, duration, liver function and other aspects of no significant difference, comparable.
