我矿一台5L-40/8空压机,累计运行时间还不到600小时就已更换三次二级缸活塞杆和填料密封环。该机填料密封结构示意如图1。活塞杆的损坏均是与填料接触部分有拉伤的沟痕,活塞杆表面又有许多锈斑。聚四氟乙烯密封环与活塞杆接触部分全部磨损掉,造成高压空气越过填料装置渗进曲轴油箱,渗漏严重时,曲轴箱压力增大,竟使电机轴端漏油,滴在定子线圈2后果十分严重。我们分析活塞杆与密封环损坏原因:空压机启动时,密封环与活塞杆摩擦,动能转变为热能,使接触部分温度升高。在摩擦力和温升
