1月5日,平顶山煤业集团公司十矿召开职工技术选拔赛工作表彰会,对在“职工素质年”活动中涌现出来的先进集体和个人进行表彰,李洪孝等113名技术能手分别拿到了 200元到600元的奖励,在平煤公司技术比武中获得1-3名的优秀选手每月享有40-60元的技术津贴。这是该矿强力推进技术创新,培养重用科技人才的又一举措。
On January 5, Pingdingshan Coal Mining Group Corporation held a commendation ceremony for technical trials of workers and staff. In recognition of the advanced collectives and individuals that emerged during the “Quality Year for Workers and Staff,” 113 technical masters, including Li Hongxiao, respectively received 200 yuan Reward to 600 yuan, in Pingdingshan technical contest won 1-3 best players to enjoy a monthly technical allowance of 40-60 yuan.
