露天煤炭行业的迅速发展,急需大量露天专业人才,本科生的定位由高级专门人才转为应用型高级专门人才,露天煤炭企业急需合格工程师。然而,采矿工程学科发展过程中,露天开采方向发展能力不足,严重制约了优势特色学科人才培养、科技创新和服务地方经济建设能力的提高。本文以适应社会需求,培养应用型人才为目标,从教师教学能力、教学内容和教学方法三个方面对露天专业课程进行教学改革,根据社会需要和专业特点选择合适的教学内容、教学方法和教学手段。使学生掌握露天开采的基本理论和方法,具备露天采矿工程师的基本能力,能在工程领域从事露天开采规划与设计、露天矿山建设与生产、露天矿山安全等方面的技术、技术管理、经营管理工作,具有一定创新精神和研发能力的高级专门人才。实践表明,该方法对巩固学生的露天专业知识,提高学生的实践能力、敬业精神人际交往和组织协调能力、表达能力和动手能力、开拓创新能力有显著效果。
The rapid development of open-air coal industry urgently requires a large number of open-air professionals. Undergraduates’ positions are shifted from senior professionals to applied advanced specialists. Open-air coal enterprises urgently need qualified engineers. However, in the course of the development of mining engineering disciplines, the development capability of open-pit mining direction is not enough, which severely restricts the ability of cultivating advantageous specialties talents, innovating science and technology and serving local economic construction. In order to meet the needs of the society and train applied talents, this paper reforms the teaching of open-air specialty courses from three aspects of teaching ability, teaching content and teaching methods. According to the needs of society and professional characteristics, this article chooses appropriate teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching means. Enable students to master the basic theory and method of open pit mining, possess the basic ability of open-pit mining engineers, and be able to engage in the technical, technical management and operation management of open-pit mining planning and design, open pit construction and production, and open pit safety in the field of engineering , With a certain degree of innovation and research and development capabilities of senior professionals. Practice shows that this method has a significant effect on consolidating students ’open-air professional knowledge, improving students’ practical ability, professional interpersonal and organizational coordination, expressing ability and practical ability, and developing innovative ability.
