目的了解医院放射科环境卫生状况及空气消毒效果,以加强放射科医院感染管理。方法通过细菌学监测方法,对某医院放射科室内空气和设备表面卫生质量进行监测。结果放射科室内空气常规采用紫外线灯照射消毒,每日照射2次,监测结果空气卫生质量合格率为87.3%。经改进后采用多功能动态消毒机消毒,开机运行到规定时间采样检测,并连续运行,空气卫生质量合格率达到98.5%。结论使用多功能动态消毒机对室内空气消毒效果优于紫外线灯。
Objective To understand the status of hospital radiology and environmental sanitation and air disinfection, in order to strengthen the management of radiation hospital infection. Methods The bacteriological monitoring method was used to monitor the indoor air quality of the radiology department and the surface hygiene of the equipment in a hospital. Results The radiology indoor air was routinely disinfected by ultraviolet light and irradiated twice daily. The result of air quality monitoring showed a pass rate of 87.3%. After the improvement of multi-functional dynamic disinfection disinfection, boot up to the specified time sampling and testing, and continuous operation, the air quality of health pass rate of 98.5%. Conclusion The use of multi-functional dynamic disinfection of indoor air disinfection better than UV lamp.
