伴随着新课程的改革,我们对教学的评价机制进行了新的尝试与探索。结合素质教育与全面发展的新课程理念,把过去对师生进行的单一性、终结性的评价改为以发展的眼光注重师生教学过程的形成性评价。以多元智能理论为依据,重视评价形式的多样化,从而构建一套新的评价运行机制。
With the reform of the new curriculum, we made new attempts and exploration on the evaluation mechanism of teaching. Combined with the concept of new curriculum of quality education and all-round development, the unification and concluding evaluation of teachers and students in the past was changed to focusing on the formative evaluation of teachers and students’ teaching process from a development perspective. Based on the theory of multiple intelligences, it attaches importance to the diversification of evaluation forms so as to construct a new set of evaluation operation mechanism.
