目的研究CK19在食管鳞状细胞癌及食管鳞状上皮良性增生性病变组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学EnVision法检测CK19及Ki-67在食管鳞状细胞癌及癌旁食管鳞状上皮增生性病变组织中的表达,其中鳞状细胞癌47例,不典型增生25例,单纯性增生18例,正常食管上皮14例。结果 CK19和Ki-67在鳞状细胞癌组的阳性率(95.74%、97.87%)明显高于单纯性增生和正常食管上皮组阳性率(7.14%、14.29%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CK19在食管鳞状细胞癌表达增高,它可能在食管鳞状上皮恶性转化中发挥了重要作用,联合检测CK19和Ki-67对食管鳞状细胞癌的早期诊断具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CK19 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and esophageal squamous hyperplasic lesions. Methods The expression of CK19 and Ki-67 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and para-cancerous esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were detected by EnVision immunohistochemistry. Among them, 47 cases were squamous cell carcinoma, 25 cases were atypical hyperplasia, 18 cases of hyperplasia, 14 cases of normal esophageal epithelium. Results The positive rates of CK19 and Ki-67 in squamous cell carcinoma (95.74%, 97.87%) were significantly higher than those in simple hyperplasia and normal esophageal epithelium (7.14%, 14.29%), the difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.01). Conclusions The expression of CK19 is increased in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, which may play an important role in the malignant transformation of esophageal squamous epithelium. Combined detection of CK19 and Ki-67 is of great value in the early diagnosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
